What was needed

The demands of the various services needed to be provided online were extensive. We built an wide set of custom tools, following surveys and market analysis, to enhance the delivery of content and to increase employee productivity - cutting down on phone conversations time, data gathering time and much more.

How we did it

We've created several unique features such as an online call center which informs salesmen immediatly of clients requesting information, two different moving estimate forms designed for different types of clients, a complete set of self-administrating tools for non-technical users, secure credit card ordering system and much more.
